Hills Prescription Diet Canine I/D
Gastrointestinal (GI) disorders may affect the stomach, intestines, or both. They can cause vomiting, mal-digestion, diarrhoea, or constipation. Animals may lose weight and become dehydrated. Some of the more common symptoms include vomiting, flatulence, weakness, diarrhoea or constipation. 

Hills Prescription Diet Canine I/D was developed to help manage GI disorders in dogs, such as flatulence, diarrhoea (small intestinal- and certain large intestinal diarrhoea), pancreatitis and gastric disorders.

Indications:
Gastrointestinal disorders: gastritis, enteritis, colitis, inflammatory bowel disease (i.e. most causes of diarrhoea, plus mal-absorption, bacterial overgrowth, lymphangiectasia).
Recovery from gastrointestinal surgery.
Recovery from minor surgical procedures and mildly debilitating conditions.
Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.
Acute pancreatitis, without hyperlipidaemia.
Bloat (gastric dilatation and volvulus).
Complete for growing puppies.

Ingredients:
Ground maize, ground rice, dried whole egg, chicken and turkey meal, maize gluten meal, digest, Fibrim® 1260 (soluble fibre source), animal fat, vegetable oil, dicalcium phosphate, salt, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, potassium citrate, taurine, vitamins and trace elements. Contains EU approved antioxidant.

Warning:
Not recommended for cats and dogs with sodium retention.
