Canine Cystaid can be used to treat flare ups of cystitis, or can be given as a maintenance treatment for susceptible dogs. Canine Cystaid has been recommended by veterinary specialists for managing chronic haematuria and cyclophosphamide induced cystitis. The importance of the protective GAG layer lining the dogs bladder is increasingly being recognised. However some dogs have a predisposed inability to produce the critical N.Acetyl D-Glucosamine which is a precursor for GAGs. Canine Cystaid is a feed supplement that provides N.Acetyl D-Glucosamine in a convenient easy to administer sprinkle capsules. Directions: 1 capsule per 10kg bodyweight for 3-4 weeks until complete resolution of symptoms. For recurring cases 1 capsule per 10kg bodyweight every other day as a preventative measure. Ingredients: 500mg N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
