Performing all three steps helps to maintain healthy skin both internally and externally. This formula contains selected natural oils which provide the following nutrients. Vitamin A: 600mcg per 10ml 65mg per kg Vitamin D: 5mcg per 10ml 0.54mg per kg Vitamin E: 6.2mg per 10ml 670mg per kg Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA): 68.8mg per 10ml 7.4g per 1kg Manufacturing Ingredients: Cod Liver Oil, Vegetable Oil, Starflower Oil Daily Recommendations: Mix the following amounts daily with food using a 5ml teaspoon.
