Forgastrin Oral Powder is for use in the treatment of non specific enteritis in pigs, calves & cattle.
It is a grey powder containing Bone Charcoal 27% w/w and Attapulgite BP 73% w/w.
Dosage: administer three times a day as a drench in water or mixed with a little feed.
If diluted in water, solution must be prepared fresh daily.
Calves: 1–2 tablespoonful (15 to 30 g).
Cattle: 3–4 tablespoonful (45 to 60 g).
Pigs: 2–3 teaspoonful (6 to 10 g).
Piglets: Mix 3 teaspoonful (10 g) with 60 ml of water; administer 5 ml daily.
Contra-indications, warnings, etc:
If the condition fails to improve after 48 hours, consult a veterinary surgeon.
Do not administer at the same time as other oral drug therapy.

Keep out of the reach of children.
Meat and Milk Withdrawal Period: Nil.
Pharmaceutical precautions: Store in a dry place.
