A broad spectrum anthelmintic for the treatment of adult infections of large and small redworms, Ascarids and Pinworms found in the gastro-intestinal tract of horses, ponies and foals. Also used in treatment and control of tapework infections, and including Large roundworms - Parascaris equorum, Large strongyles - Strongylus vulgaris, S. edentatus, S. equinus, Small strongyles - Trichonema spp. (Cyathostomes), Triodontophorus spp. Pinworms - Oxyuris equi, Probstmayria vivipara and Tapeworms - Anoplocephala perfoliata.
