Like humans, some dogs can be prone to weight gain as they become older or less active. Neutered or spayed dogs can also be prone to excessive weight gain due to reduced energy requirements. Older, overweight or less active dogs still need a carefully balanced diet, with high quality ingredients to maintain their health and condition and Skinner's Light & Senior has been specifically formulated to meet these needs. Skinner's Light & Senior is also supplemented with increased levels of Bio-Plex Zinc to help your dog maintain a healthy, lustruous coat; Taurine, a naturally ocurring amino acid, which can help keep your dog's heart healthy, and L-Carnitine which can help maintain muscle tone. It also contains enhanced levels of Glucosamine and Chondroitin to help protect the joints of your dog. Ingredients: Maize, naked oats, poultry meat meal, rice, beet pulp, white fish meal, whole egg, brewer's yeast, sunflower oil, vitamins and minerals, whole linseed.
