Animal medication is important – in many cases life saving and as such we take it very seriously.
Product Guarantee
All of our items are UK approved products. We buy our items from a UK wholesaler just like your local Veterinary Practice. We do not sell imported medication or items which are ‘short dated’ those very close to the manufacturers recommended expiry date.
Price Beat Guarantee
We believe that animal medication should be sold at a true reflection of its cost. Our products undergo constant price checks however if you find one that we have missed we guarantee to beat the price by 5% or more! The comparing amount must include all charges such as postage and must be UK supplied medication.
Terms and Conditions
Our price beat guarantee is available against identical products supplied from UK based suppliers only. It excludes items not in stock with the other suppliers and items reduced as short dated (close to expiry date).
The price for comparison purposes will be that shown per item at checkout and adjusted for any associated costs such as postage and packing.
