No Quibble Returns policy – Our promise to you.

You can return an item to us within 12 months of purchase and be given a full refund. The item must be in the original packaging, within date and in an unused state. If an item is faulty we will replace or refund according to your wishes.

Petmeds.co.uk ™ will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Petmeds.co.uk ™.

Legislation prevents us from accepting returns of prescription medication, however we can accept some prescription medication returns. They need to be unused, in their original packaging and finally returned to us within 7 days of date of receipt.

If you wish to return old medication we will be happy to dispose of this, but unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
