No Quibble Returns Policy – Our promise to you.

You can return an item to us within 12 months of purchase and be given a full refund. The item must be in the original packaging, within date and in an unused state. If an item is faulty, we will replace or refund according to your wishes.

Petmeds.co.uk™ will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Petmeds.co.uk™.

Pharmacy law prevents us from accepting the return of prescription medication once they have left our premises. We will however as a goodwill gesture, accept some prescription returns. They need to be unused, in their original packaging, and finally, returned to us within 7 days of date of receipt.

If you wish to return old medication, we will be happy to dispose of this, but unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Please e-mail us at info@petmeds.co.uk and our Customer Service Advisors will be happy to provide a unique returns number. Please ensure this is clearly indicated within the package you are returning to avoid any delays in processing your request.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
