Product details

Arden Grange Partners dog food has been developed by experts to give your pet a boost of vitamins and minerals at every mealtime.

How it works

This high-quality wet dog food is free from wheat, beef, soya and dairy products, making it ideal for pets with intolerance and allergies to foodstuffs. Made using premium meat cuts, it’s packed full of protein, which is essential in supporting your pet's lean muscle.

With plenty of fresh vegetables, Arden Grange Partners dog food delivers the vitamins and minerals your dog needs to stay healthy inside and out. Rosemary has been added as a natural preservative rather than any artificial ingredients, which can cause irritation to your pet’s stomach.

As this mix is gentle on your dog’s system, they’re able to digest it more easily and absorb all of the goodness from each bite. This also reduces the risk of discomfort and stomach ache after eating.

Key benefits

  • free from wheat, beef, soya and dairy
  • contains fresh vegetables and meat
  • suitable for pets recovering after an illness or operation
  • delicious flavour
  • easy to digest
  • formulated for dogs aged nine months and older
  • lower water content than most wet foods

When to use it

As a general rule, dogs should be fed twice a day. The amount of food they need depends on their weight, age and breed. You should check the feeding instructions before giving your pet this mix.

If you think your dog might be suffering from an allergy to their food, this wet mix is a gentle alternative that could ease their symptoms. Look out for signs of illness such as vomiting or loose stools after eating, which can be signs of intolerance. If you're concerned, speak to your vet as soon as possible.

If using Arden Grange Partners in conjunction with Arden Grange Complete dry foods, follow guidelines on the dry food bag but reduce the amount you feed by 40grms for every 120gms of Partners fed.

Feeding The Correct Amount

It is important to remember however that these figures are guidelines only, and there are several factors to be taken into account when assessing your pet's nutritional requirements : -

  1. Activity level
  2. Temperament (stressed animals burn off more calories than relaxed ones)
  3. Metabolism (every animal is an individual with his or her own speed of metabolism; this means that 2 dogs of the same age, breed and weight could have different daily calorie requirements)

In order to provide the correct portions when feeding your dog or cat, it is also helpful to assess your pet's appetite, visual appearance and stools. Whilst poo watching does not sound particularly pleasant, it is one of the best indicators of health. Increased frequency of passing faeces, production of large quantities of stools of loose motions are often frequent signs that an animal is receiving more food than he or she requires.

It is important to obtain an accurate weight for your cat or dog, and also to weigh out the food. Guessing on both accounts gives a large margin of error.

Changing Food Brands

For a successful diet change, we recommend following the feeding pattern below. The daily feeding amount should be split into two equal amounts and the proportions of new food increased over the first week as illustrated.

TOP TIPS: For those dogs who do not make eating a priority, here are some additional points:
- Reduce the number of tit-bits given during the introductory period
- If your dog has been used to eating wet food, moisten with warm water.

  • Arden Grange sensitive
Good product, works very well for my dogs sensitive digestion. One small point though consistency varies from batch to batch from firm to quite soft and watery; firm is much preferred.

  • Excellent food
Fussy poodle will gobble this down. I have a poodle allergic to all poultry, beef, potato, nuts, eggs so it is good to find a food he is okay with. I mix it in with his dry dog food and he loves it. He has also got a sensitive tummy and this is fine for him

  • Great value - staffies love it !
My staffy loves wet food, but lamb and rice is his favourite (at least at the moment !). This canned food comes crammed into the can, no air space in this product. Seems good quality and the dog loves it, his coat is shiny and he's a happy chap - great value.
