Product details

Eukanuba Veterinary Diet Intestinal Cat is formulated to help the nutritional management of Intestinal problems in cats.

Loose stools can have many causes. Although the problem can be caused by something more serious, your veterinarian can explain how cats can develop loose stools from something as simple as heat, exercise, diet or stress from boarding.

In 3 days, you can start to soothe your cats digestive sensitivities. Eukanuba Intestinal works by providing a unique blend of high-quality fibre, protein, and fat sources to help naturally strengthen the intestine and make digestion easier. In a clinical study, cats with stress-related loose stools were fed Intestinal. Overall, they showed noticeable improvement (some firming) after 3 days and fewer daily episodes of loose stools after 1 week.

Not only does Eukanuba Intestinal help manage intestinal health, they offer complete nutrition, so they can be fed long-term. In addition to being formulated to provide complete nutrition, our dry adult formulas also contain Eukanuba Daily Dental Care, which helps promote healthy teeth by slowing tartar buildup, works on the whole mouth, not just the chewing surface and is designed to work during and after meals.

Eukanuba Intestinal Formula is designed to nutritionally aid in the management of gastrointestinal conditions. Your veterinarian may recommend these diets when your cat is experiencing vomiting, loose stools, gas or constipation.

When switching to EUKANUBA, gradually introduce over 4 days. Divide the daily amount shown in the chart into 2 meals. Your cat may eat more or less depending on age, temperament and activity.

  • for constipation
my cat had diarrhea for many years, until the vet said that actually it was constipation. I have to give him twice a day lactose. The feces are very dry. I don't know what else to give him as with other foods is even worse. Not sure this also covers constipation. I wish there was something out there for him. I also give him Hills science wet food digestive and milk 3 times a day when he doesn't eat anything, plus boiled chicken. It is always a worry. But he eats this dry food when he doesn't touch the chicken or the science plan prescription food cans only cans help. He is worse than a baby as I have been at it for 12 years now.

  • My cat has been suffering pancreatic problems now for about 2 years. This is the second bag of Eukanuba Intestinal Diet dry food that we have bought, she likes it. The tinned version of this, however is very dry and sticky, she doesn't like that, so we give her low fat wet foods too.
