Kokoba Small Cat Scratching Tree with Dangle Toy
This cat tree is an all-in-one bed, scratching post and kitty playground.
How it works
The cat tree's designed to be hardwearing. As well as being covered with tough and long-lasting sisal, it also has a solid wood base that can withstand the most vigorous of moggies. It's quite small, so it's easy to move and perfect for kittens or smaller adults. Cats scratch throughout the day but especially after a snooze, and the attached bed means they can do it as soon as they wake up.

When to use it
There are lots of reasons cats scratch. One is that it can help to reduce stress; another is that it can help them to keep their claws strong and their muscles flexible through stretching. The main reason, however, is to mark their territory, so they can usually be found clawing at comfy and safe places. Because this cat tree has places to sleep and play as well as to scratch, it's a good bet your furry friend will want to claim it.
Scratching is a really big part of your pet's regular routine, so if they don't have a dedicated clawing post they might look elsewhere (such as your brand new sofa). Doing it too much can be a sign that your cat is feeling stressed, so if you're worried about their habits, it's a good idea to speak with a vet.
