Purina Pro Plan dog medium puppy with OPTISTART rich in chicken dry food provides your puppy with all the right nutrients, vitamins and minerals they need to get a strong start in life.

How it works

These dry biscuits are made with the unique OPTISTART recipe which is packed full of colostrum, zinc and vitamin C to keep your puppy feeling fit and healthy. Feeding your puppy a healthy balance of nutrients and vitamins is really important in laying the foundations for healthy adulthood.

A high exposure to colostrum is beneficial to most puppies, as it provides them with the necessary strength to build a strong immune system ' helping fight off nasty bugs and infections. It's also found in their mother's milk, so it's a particularly important, natural part of their diet from a very early age.

Key benefits

  • added colostrum to boost your puppy's immune system
  • tasty natural ingredients
  • high calcium content to support healthy bone and joint growth
  • encourages and supports an active lifestyle
  • specially formulated for medium-size puppies
  • unique OPTISTART blend of ingredients.

When to use it

One of the most important parts of being a puppy is building a strong immune system which can help them lead a healthy adult dog life. Colostrum, which is a key ingredient in these biscuits, is one of the most effective ways to boost their immune system. The recipe also has a high calcium content, which helps your puppy grow strong joints and bones that will support a healthy, active lifestyle and their increased weight as they grow up.

  • Purina Pro Plan Puppy
After having our vet frown at us massively when we admitted to feeding out pups Bakers ;compared to giving your dog a Mcdonalds every day we changed to Purina Pet Plan, the dogs took to it very swiftly even though we did do the change a bit quicker than we should, def recommend it. Pet Supermarket delivered it swiftly, well packed and very very well priced, it was the cheapest I could find on the internet. Recommend both supplier and Purina Pro Plan for puppies

  • Still getting used to it
We've only recently got our puppy and this is what the breeder said to feed her. She's a bit fussy about eating it, not sure of that's because she is an only dog, or if she does not like it. Poop is smellier than I would expect for a food like this too.
