Product details

Royal Canin Pure Feline No 2 Slimness is a complete, balanced mix that helps to curb your cat’s hunger between meals.

How it works

Whether your cat is on a weight loss regime or you're trying to help them maintain a healthy weight, this tasty dry food will make them feel fuller for longer. The insoluble fibre in this mix, derived from apple seeds, reduces hunger so your cat is less likely to beg for food between meals. This food contains wheat bran to aid smooth digestion, and it's also rich in mucilage, a syrupy solution from the seeds which absorbs water. This helps your cat to stay feeling full up after their meal. Made with 42% protein and only 12% fat, Pure Feline No 2 Slimness helps your pet to build strong and lean muscles. It’s packed full of vitamins that will support your cat inside and out.

Key benefits

  • complete and balanced dry food
  • helps your cat reach and maintain a healthy weight
  • apple fibre keeps your cat feeling fuller for longer
  • wheat bran aids digestion
  • mucilage absorbs water to keep your cat full
  • contains 12% fat and 42% protein

When to use it

Giving your cat this food will help them to reach and maintain a healthy weight. It keeps them feeling fuller for longer, reducing overeating. If you’re altering your pet’s diet, always check the feeding guidelines to make sure you’re giving them the right amount. If your cat is carrying too much weight it could be affecting them in ways that are not immediately obvious. Extra pressure can be placed on their joints, wearing down cartilage over time and causing mobility issues as they get older. Look out for the following signs: limping, not jumping as well, and not allowing you to touch their limbs. If you spot any of these symptoms, then contact your vet for advice.

  • Royan Canin Dry Food
Our cat loves these, but we have to keep buying the small packets as he gets fed up of the larger packs, probably as they quickly loose their appetising smell once opened - so we keep buying small packets - but he's worth it
