4Local Pickup - This option allows you to choose one of over 2,500 local stores to collect your order from at a time convenient to you and with all the benefits of our Premium service. You'll receive email and text notifications, including a 1-hour delivery window so you know exactly when your order will arrive to your chosen store. You order will be looked after in store for 7 days, allowing you the freedom to collect at a time that suits you. Choosing a store is easy - simply enter your chosen postcode and select the local store most convenient to you!
Note: this delivery option is not valid for orders over 20kg and orders containing cold or refrigerated items.

Medicated items: Please note that medicated, pharmacy items (including flea and tick treatments) will be shipped separately from any remaining items on your order.

General Products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from us (excluding medicines), you may return it if you notify us within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.

Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it for you as it cannot be resold.

If for any reason your return is a result of an error on our part, it will be accepted if we receive the product within 28 days of the order.

Any return which does not meet the conditions set forth above will not be refunded or replaced.
